Duane Morris partner Allison Lane Cooper will speak on "Ethical Collections and Fee Arbitration" for The Bar Association of San Francisco on Thursday, July 25, 2013.
The event will cover collecting fees while avoiding legal malpractice claims and establishing the right to private fee arbitration. Ms. Cooper will also discuss the potential benefits and pitfalls of California's Mandatory Fee Arbitration Act.
