By Staff Writer
April 24, 2012

Jonathan ArmstrongThe potential legal issues arising from social media have come into the spotlight in England after an athlete's controversial use of Twitter. As a result of the retweeting, the victim's name was posted and spread throughout the virtual world. In an interview with The Today Programme on BBC Radio 4, partner Jonathan Armstrong comments on the potential legal issues of social media, and the lack of awareness of those pitfalls.
