Associate Distinctions: Mehrin Masud-Elias Appointed to the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association

Duane Morris associate Mehrin Masud-Elias has been appointed to the board of governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Masud-Elias was nominated by the Philadelphia chapter of the South Asian Bar Association to fill a vacancy on the board. Masud-Elias will serve on the board until Dec. 31, 2010. Masud-Elias focuses her practice on corporate law with a concentration in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, strategic alliances, business law and finance and securities regulation. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2001.
