Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution
The Princeton-based members of our national Trial Practice Group represent corporate and individual clients as well as governmental entities in all facets of civil litigation, from inception through trial and appeal throughout New Jersey, as well as nationally and internationally. Our litigators have experience across a broad spectrum of subject areas, from complex business and commercial disputes, class actions and patent, copyright and trademark to professional liability and employment matters. Corporate, Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions
Our corporate attorneys in Princeton advise early-stage and mature companies on a wide variety of corporate and securities matters. Employment Law
Our employment lawyers focus on problem prevention and proactive counseling, helping clients comply with state and federal laws that affect employment relations to reduce the risk of costly litigation. To assist clients in their compliance efforts, we conduct employment practices audits, develop employment policies and procedures, conduct on-site training programs and provide advice on hiring and terminations.
