BOCA RATON, December 10, 2014—Duane Morris LLP is pleased to announce that partner John F. L'Esperance has moved his practice to the firm's Boca Raton office from the Washington, D.C. office. This addition expands the firm's Florida immigration and nationality law practice.

L'Esperance represents clients in a variety of business immigration matters, including PERM (Program Electronic Review Management) labor certification applications, immigrant visa petitions, applications to adjust status and consular processing, as well as nonimmigrant petitions for new hire employees, intracompany transferees and specialty occupations. He also provides support on the immigration implications of corporate restructuring, including mergers and acquisitions, downsizing and reductions in force.

L'Esperance earned his J.D. from the District of Columbia School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Castleton State College in Vermont.
