LONDON, February 2, 2015—Duane Morris LLP is pleased to announce that Ute Mueller has joined the firm's Corporate Practice Group as a partner in London. Mueller's addition further strengthens Duane Morris' international corporate capabilities. She joins Duane Morris from Boodle Hatfield.

Mueller focuses her practice on domestic UK and international transaction work, with special attention to the Anglo-German market and the metal commodities sector. She represents businesses and entrepreneurs with domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs and joint ventures. Mueller guides her clients on a day-to-day basis on multiple commercial agreements, specifically in the hard commodities sector. She is qualified as an English solicitor, as well as a German Rechtsanwaeltin.

Mueller holds various memberships, including in the Berlin Bar Association, the British-German Jurists Association and the Institute of Directors. She has been ranked in Chambers UK and Chambers Global and has been recognized by Legal 500 for her work in the corporate field.

Mueller graduated from Augsburg University.
