Duane Morris Partner David Maislish Releases Assassination; Recounts the Royal Family’s 1,000-Year Curse
LONDON, August 30, 2012—Duane Morris corporate partner David Maislish, author of White Slave, is releasing his second book. To be published September 1, Assassination details the never-before-told revelation of the Royal Family's 1,000-year curse—the murder or attempted murder of every English and British monarch from Canute to Elizabeth II.
Maislish reveals how more than 80 attempts were made by a rival, enemy or madman to kill every single one of the English and British monarchs and how more than one-quarter, and perhaps as many as one-half, were in fact murdered. Throughout 1,000 years of history, assassination has been the Royal Family's curse; Maislish offers the full history and discloses the fate of the assassins.
As a partner in Duane Morris' London office, Maislish practices in the areas of corporate finance and commercial law. He has represented clients in the financing and Stock Exchange flotation of both UK and foreign companies in London.
