Duane Morris Partner Richard Lowe Named American Arbitration Association Mediator
PHILADELPHIA, November 22, 2011—International law firm Duane Morris LLP is pleased to announce that partner Richard Lowe of the firm's Trial Practice Group in its Philadelphia office has been selected as a mediator for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in both Philadelphia and New York City. Lowe is also an AAA arbitrator for the organization's Philadelphia and New York City panels.
A Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers, Lowe concentrates his practice in construction law and complex construction and commercial litigation. His clients include owners, contractors, design-builders, design professionals, sureties, subcontractors and suppliers.
Lowe is a 1982 graduate of New York University School of Law, with honors, and a graduate of Yale University. He is Mayor of the Borough of Swarthmore, Pa. (2010–2014) and has also served as Borough Solicitor for Swarthmore.
