April 8, 2015—Mr Justice Eder ruled on March 30, 2015, in favor of Taberna Europe in the London High Court in London in a misrepresentation judgment against a failed Danish financial institution, Roskilde Bank. The Court ordered the payment of damages in the amount of €26,421,585.00 (approximately US$28,700,000) together with interest in the amount of €4,771,717.99 (approximately US$5,180,000), plus costs to be assessed.

In 2008, Duane Morris client Taberna, an Irish public company, invested €25.4 million in a collateral debt obligation note issued by Roskilde Bank of Denmark. Taberna purchased the note on the public secondary market in the United Kingdom.

Roskilde Bank has since failed, and with this Judgment, Taberna will be made substantially whole.
