SAN DIEGO, June 16, 2015—Duane Morris LLP is pleased to announce that Aaron T. Winn has joined the firm as a partner in its San Diego office. He joins Duane Morris from McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP.
Winn focuses his practice on class action litigation, complex business disputes, trade secret litigation and employment-related litigation for clients in a wide variety of industries. He has prosecuted and defended class actions in both state and federal courts in a wide range of areas, including: mislabeling and false representation claims; healthcare-related claims; unfair competition and breach of contract claims; employment-related claims (e.g., wage-and-hour, misclassification, expense reimbursement, independent contractor issues, etc.); banking regulations; and real estate disputes.
Winn also handles appeals and writs and has appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and in appellate courts throughout California.
Winn is a 2003 cum laude graduate of Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, and is a 1999 graduate of Brigham Young University. He serves as chair of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, San Diego Chapter, and is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and the Federal and San Diego bar associations.
