BOSTON, April 6, 2010—Duane Morris LLP is pleased to announce that Michael B. Donahue has joined the firm in its Boston office as a partner in its growing Trial and Construction Practice Groups. Donahue's arrival further strengthens Duane Morris' Construction practice in New England. He has often served as a special assistant attorney general, representing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Massachusetts Highway Department and Division of Capital Asset Management in litigation matters. He is an arbitrator of construction disputes as a member of the American Arbitration Association's National Construction Roster of Neutrals.

A member of the American Bar Association's Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section and its Forum on the Construction Industry, Donahue has served on the Surety Association of Massachusetts' board of directors since 1999.
