Duane Morris Partner Kathryn M.S. Catherwood Named San Diego Bankruptcy Forum President

SAN DIEGO, JANUARY 20 - Duane Morris LLP, one of the nation's 100 largest law firms, is pleased to announce that one of its partners, Kathryn M.S. Catherwood, has been elected President of the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum.
As president, Ms. Catherwood will lead this group of local bankruptcy and reorganization professionals, consisting largely of attorneys, accountants, and workout specialists. With the assistance of other board members, she will develop innovative programs of interest and provide networking opportunities to members. The San Diego Bankruptcy Forum is a local section of the California Bankruptcy Forum.

Kay concentrates her practice in the area of bankruptcy law, primarily representing creditors and trustees; commercial litigation and lender liability/secured creditor issues. She is a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the San Diego County Bar Association, secretary of the Board of Directors of the California Bankruptcy Forum, and membership director of the Women's Insolvency Network of San Diego. Ms. Catherwood is a 1990 cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Nursing, and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
