Horstmann New Head of Duane Morris Corporate Practice

Duane Morris, one of the nation's 100 largest law firms, is pleased to announce that John Horstmann has been named head of the firm's reconfigured Corporate Practice.
Rapid expansion in the past seven years has transformed both Duane Morris and the services it provides to its growing client roster. The Corporate Practice's management has been restructured to better leverage the national and international scope of its practice. The newly expanded group consists of more than 100 lawyers in major markets skilled in disciplines as diverse as Capital Markets, Securities, M&A, Private Equity, Corporate Compliance, Employee Benefits and Tax.
Horstmann will call upon the capabilities of a national steering committee comprised of San Diego's Robert Copeland, Chicago's David Kaufman, New York's Michael Margulis, Boston's Martin Shulkin, and Philadelphia's David Toner.
