Corporate Attorney David Maislish Joins Duane Morris in London
LONDON, April 12, 2007 - Duane Morris LLP is pleased to welcome David Maislish, formerly of Hill Dickinson LLP, as a partner in its London office. David joins the firm's Corporate Practice Group.
David practices in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange flotations, and commercial agreements and transactions. He has acted for, amongst others, major newspaper groups, manufacturing and software companies, sporting organizations, oil and gas companies, publishing houses and prominent individuals.
He previously established his own firm, Maislish & Co., where he primarily dealt with commercial matters and commercial litigation. David is listed in Legal 500 as a leading individual in Corporate Finance and in Mergers and Acquisitions.
David earned his LL.B., with honors, from London University in 1971.
