Michael D. Grohman Named Vice Chair of Estates and Asset Planning at Duane Morris

NEW YORK, April 30, 2007 - Duane Morris LLP, one of the nation's 100 largest law firms, has named Michael D. Grohman, a partner in the firm's New York office, vice chair of the Duane Morris Estates and Asset Planning Practice Group.
The appointment was jointly announced today by firm Chairman Sheldon Bonovitz and Frank Cooper, head of the Estates and Asset Practice Group.
"Michael has proved to be an excellent leader among the members of the Estates and Asset Planning Practice Group," Bonovitz said. "I am confident that he will do an extraordinary job as vice chair."

Grohman practices in tax, estate planning and estate and trust administration law, with a particular emphasis on estate planning for professional athletes and for owners of closely-held businesses. He is a frequent lecturer for the Practising Law Institute and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and is a former adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School of Law. In addition, Michael is a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of South Orange, N.J.
Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, Michael received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1993, and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1983. He received his B.S. from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York.
