IP Litigator David Maxwell Joins Duane Morris as a Trial Partner in Atlanta
ATLANTA, March 17, 2008 - Duane Morris is pleased to announce that David Maxwell has joined the firm as a partner in the Trial Practice Group in its Atlanta office. Maxwell is a leading intellectual property litigator who focuses his practice on patent, trademark, copyright and other complex business litigation, licensing and counseling matters. He was formerly a partner with Alston & Bird LLP.
Maxwell is the sixth attorney to join the firm's Atlanta office in the past three months. The office welcomed four IP lawyers in November and added a prominent securities litigator in January.
