April 10, 2008
PRINCETON, April 10, 2008 - Duane Morris LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of Daniel Daisak, formerly the Chief Patent and Trademark Counsel for Tyco Flow Control, a division of Tyco International, as a partner in its Princeton office. Daisak joins the Intellectual Property Practice Group, marking another significant addition to the firm's IP practice, which continues to grow rapidly. The Intellectual Property Practice Group has added 16 attorneys across six offices since September 2007 alone.
Daisak concentrates his practice primarily on patent prosecution, but also handles patent and trademark litigation. Before entering law, Daisak was a software engineer for JP Morgan and a systems engineer for General Electric's Radar Design Division. Daisak is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
Daisak earned his J.D. in 1994 from the Franklin Pierce Law Center and graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1986 from Syracuse University.
