William Bagliebter Joins Duane Morris' New York Office

NEW YORK, June 19, 2008 - Duane Morris LLP is pleased to welcome William Bagliebter as a partner in the firm's New York office. Formerly a partner at Reed Smith, Bagliebter joins Duane Morris' Estates and Asset Planning Practice Group.
With nearly 30 years of experience, Bagliebter concentrates his practice in corporate law, taxation and trust and asset planning. He has represented clients across diverse industries on both transactional and general business matters. His practice also includes counseling high net worth individuals on tax, estate planning and financial management issues. From 1989 to 1997, he was managing partner of the New York firm of Parker Duryee Rosoff & Haft, and he continued to practice there after his tenure as managing partner. Parker Duryee combined with Reed Smith in 2002.
Bagliebter earned his J.D. from The George Washington University School of Law in 1976 and graduated with an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1979. He received a B.A., with honors, from Syracuse University in 1973.
