Duane Morris' Princeton Office Adds Health Law Partner William Weiner
PRINCETON, August 20, 2009—Duane Morris LLP is pleased to announce that William L. Weiner has joined the firm as a partner in its Princeton office. Weiner will strengthen Duane Morris' Health Law and Corporate Practice Groups, as well as the firm's growing presence in New Jersey, where it recently added 22 attorneys in Cherry Hill from the former WolfBlock law firm. The 700-lawyer firm now has 56 attorneys in three offices in New Jersey. Weiner joins Duane Morris from Fox Rothschild LLP.

For closely held businesses, Weiner provides general corporate services, designs and drafts employment and shareholders' agreements, partnership agreements and limited liability operating agreements, and assists with the purchase and sale of businesses. He is also outside general counsel of North America's leading specialty stainless steel wire company.
