Duane Morris' San Francisco Office Adds Real Estate Partner Philip H. Ebling
San Francisco, October 5, 2010—Duane Morris LLP is pleased to announce that Philip H. Ebling has joined the firm's Real Estate Practice Group as a partner in its San Francisco office, adding to the firm's growing real estate group on the West Coast. Ebling joins Duane Morris from Goodwin Procter. Last month, Duane Morris added partner David E. Watson to the Real Estate Practice Group in San Diego.
Ebling concentrates his legal representation on behalf of both public and private funds in such areas as joint ventures, loan workouts, secured and mezzanine financing, acquisitions and dispositions, private equity investments, REIT investments, commercial and retail leasing, equity fund formation, hospitality management arrangements and construction matters. In addition to his private practice, he has served as regional general counsel for Centex Homes.
Ebling earned his J.D. in 1986 from Harvard Law School, cum laude, and his B.A. in Political Science and Economics in 1983 from Stanford University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
