Brian K. Adams, CPA has more than a decade of experience in federal, state and local income taxation, accounting and auditing. He devotes his practice to tax compliance and planning activities, including implementation of tax minimization strategies, for a diverse client base, including closely held businesses, multi-state corporations and partnerships and high net worth individuals. Prior to joining Duane Morris LLP, he was a tax manager with a regional CPA firm, and served as a tax manager with an international financial services corporation.
Mr. Adams is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He is a graduate of Wilkes University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
