Bryan J. Pennock has over a decade of experience and practices in the areas of federal, state and local taxation, with particular emphasis on income tax compliance and tax minimization strategies for individuals, small businesses, estates and trusts. He also devotes his practice to federal, state and local employment tax compliance, litigation consulting services, including civil tax controversies, federal and state voluntary disclosure and amnesty programs, and damage measurement and assessment. Mr. Pennock also has considerable experience in the compilation and presentation of financial data, including analyzing operating results and financial transactions as well as preparing financial statements.

Mr. Pennock is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). He graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance.
