John C. Friskey, CPA has almost three decades of experience providing a wide variety of tax planning and compliance, accounting, auditing and advisory services to individuals, corporations, nonprofit entities, estates and trusts. He has worked with a variety of entities, from startup companies to multinational entities. His practice primarily focuses on tax planning, compliance activities and consulting activities for clients including high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, corporations and pass-through entities. Prior to joining Duane Morris LLP, Mr. Friskey held public accounting positions in local to international CPA firms as well as having served as chief financial officer for a bank and as vice president and treasurer of a public company.
Mr. Friskey is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He holds both Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6 and 63 licenses. Mr. Friskey graduated from LaSalle University and holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a major in accounting.
