Marian R. Derr has over three decades of experience in many facets of federal, state and local taxation, with particular emphasis on income tax compliance and planning for individuals, corporations, and partnerships as well as trusts and non-profits. She also devotes her practice to litigation consulting services, including civil tax controversies, due diligence investigations and bankruptcy trustee support. Prior to joining Duane Morris, she was a manager with both local and international CPA firms.

Ms. Derr is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and is a member of the PICPA State and Local Tax Committee. She graduated from Ursinus College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics.
