Michele D. Clancey has over 20 years of experience in many facets of federal, state and local income taxation, with particular emphasis on partnership and corporation tax compliance and planning, including sales/use, franchise, property, employment and income tax. She also has considerable experience in income tax compliance and planning for individuals and foreign entities. Ms. Clancey supervises the Business Tax Practice of the Tax Accounting Group. Prior to joining Duane Morris LLP, she was a tax manager of a large national manufacturer and retailer.

Ms. Clancey is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). She graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and obtained a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Widener University.
