Rhonda K. Ulrich is responsible for creating and managing business development and client satisfaction programs for the Intellectual Property, Health Law, Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring, and Energy, Environment and Resources practice groups as well as the Diversity Program and Women's Initiative.
Ms. Ulrich has over a decade of combined experience in marketing and business development and as a practicing attorney. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Ms. Ulrich was an account executive for the legal information solutions company Thomson West. There she was responsible for the management and expansion of several of the company's largest law firm relationships in Pennsylvania and Washington D.C.
As a practicing attorney, she represented banks, financial institutions and Chapter 7 trustees in state and federal litigation and in bankruptcy matters at law firms in Philadelphia and New Jersey. She also served as law clerk to the Honorable Albert J. Garofolo, P.J.Cr. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division (Ret.), where she assisted in drafting a reported opinion.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Ms. Ulrich is a 1998 graduate of Rutgers School of Law, Camden, and a graduate of The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey (B.A., Political Science). She is a member of the Legal Marketing Association, Professional Women's Roundtable, and volunteers in several community-building educational programs.Selected Publications
