Junior Level Associate - Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 2-4 years' experience with primary emphasis on patent litigation. Ideal candidate must have strong academic credentials, superior writing ability, a quick-study aptitude, ability to engender client confidence, and thrive in a creative, entrepreneurial and collegial environment. Associate - approximately 3-6 years' experience in employment litigation and transactional employment work, including experience in pre-trial employment litigation, preparing for and handling depositions, conducting witness interviews, preparing EEOC position statements, and preparing employment and severance agreements.
