Bankruptcy associate, 3 years' experience – candidate should have 2-3 years of law firm experience in bankruptcy, finance and corporate restructuring. Excellent academic credentials are required. New Jersey bar admission required. New Jersey/New York admission preferred.
New York
Litigation associate, 3-5 years' experience – focus on commercial and business litigation, including bankruptcy and banking, commercial real estate, shareholder and class action disputes. Experience or background in complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, rights of publicity and false advertising and infringement. Excellent academic credentials along with New York bar admission required. New Jersey/New York admission preferred.
Philadelphia
Corporate mid-level associate, 3-5 years' experience – concentration in the areas of securities, corporate financing (public and private), mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law and business counseling. Broad knowledge in the areas of business entities, both public and private, including large banks and insurance companies, biotechnology companies, start-up entities and venture capital firms. Excellent academic credentials, large law firm experience and Pennsylvania bar admission preferred.
Estates and Asset Planning Associate, 4-6 years' experience – outstanding opportunities available in a large international law firm that prizes its estate planning practice. Candidates should have at least 4 to 6 years of large law firm experience in estate and tax planning work for high net worth individuals. Experience with international planning matters is helpful but not required. A strong tax background along with superior academic credentials is required.
Litigation Associate. 3-4 years' experience in commercial law with an emphasis in construction law. Experience in litigation matters for owners, contractors, design-builders, design professionals, sureties, vendors, suppliers and subcontractors involving a variety of commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, educational and multi-prime construction issues. Excellent academic credentials and Pennsylvania bar admission required.
San Diego
Labor and employment, mid-level associate, 3-4 years' experience – experience in litigation and transactional employment work including wage and hour class lawsuits, drafting of EEOC and DFEH responses, witness interview and depositions, preparation of separation, settlement and employment agreements. Background in counseling employers on state and federal regulation compliance, terminations and workplace policies and assisting clients with training programs preferred. Excellent academic credentials and California bar admission required.
