Understanding the unique attributes diverse attorneys bring to the practice of law, Duane Morris is committed to recruiting, retaining, mentoring and promoting diverse attorneys. Also understanding there are unique issues that affect diverse attorneys, Duane Morris formed the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Women's Initiative in order to provide forums and activities designed to bring together women and diverse attorneys throughout the firm and a place where experienced attorneys can mentor and enhance new attorneys' development through the exchange of ideas and experiences.
