Benefits Clerk - We are seeking a Benefits Clerk to provide administrative support and assistance to our Benefits Department. The person in this position will be responsible for responding to inquiries from employees regarding benefits eligibility and coverage; assisting with processing enrollments; preparing benefits orientation packages; entering and maintaining data into our HRIS; maintaining employee benefits files; assisting with the administration of the COBRA process; supporting the reconciliation of the monthly premiums; and providing general administrative support to the department staff. The right candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience maintaining records and files, the ability to work accurately and in a timely manner, and demonstrated experience with MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
Jr. Financial Analyst - We have an opening for a highly motivated Jr. Financial Analyst in our Philadelphia office. The responsibilities for this position will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Assisting with basic financial/statistical analysis, reporting and planning
- The preparation of basic studies and reports along with account reconciliation and analysis in areas such as budgeting, financial planning, auditing and forecasting
- Interpreting and applying basic financial theories, firm policies and procedures to assigned work/projects
- Maintaining databases of pertinent information for use in analyzing future plans and forecasts
- Creating and updating related databases and special reports as needed
A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, plus minimum of one year of related corporate finance/accounting experience is required. Qualified candidates will possess a strong mathematical/statistical aptitude, be very detail-oriented, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
Software Developer - We are seeking a Software Developer to support the development, implementation and maintenance of web applications. The right candidate must have experience over the full software development lifecycle. Will participate in design, code, and test implementations throughout lifecycle to identify issues/defects. Strong object-oriented design and development experience, specifically in the area of J2EE design patterns such as Model View Controller, Command pattern, Session Facade, Data Access Object pattern, etc. Experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, Java Script, SOA /SOAP, Design Patterns, and Junit.
Degree in Computer Science or related field of study with 2-3 years' in-depth experience in software development required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be able to work in a team environment with strong relationship building skills.
