Brittany C. Wakim is an associate in the firm’s Trial Practice Group with a focus on products liability and medical device litigation. Ms. Wakim has extensive experience in all areas of case management and phases of litigation in the defense of products liability matters as well as aviation, professional liability, medical malpractice, class action, land use, and financial services matters.

Ms. Wakim is a 2014 cum laude graduate of Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she was a member of the Trial Team and delivered the commencement address. In 2011, Ms. Wakim graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Boston University with a degree in Economics with distinction and International Relations.

Additionally, Ms. Wakim serves as an adjunct faculty member at Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she teaches an upper level writing course and assists with the Trial Advocacy program.
