Danielle N. Bagwell is a trial attorney representing major medical device and pharmaceutical industry clients in complex  products liability, class action and commercial litigation in both federal and state courts across the United States. She has served on multiple national counsel teams representing global and Fortune 500 company clients in a variety of high-profile mass tort matters. She has experience handling all phases of discovery, writing and arguing motions, taking depositions and preparing company witnesses for deposition, and working with experts to rebut technical theories of scientific and medical causation. 

Admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Ms. Bagwell is a 2010 cum laude graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she served on the Temple Law Review. Ms. Bagwell also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with Honors from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University.
