Ethan R. Feldman practices in the area of litigation. Mr. Feldman has experience representing pharmaceutical manufacturers, FDA liaisons and distributors in multidistrict products liability class actions as well as single plaintiff cases. He also has served as first chair in several jury trials and has extensive experience taking and defending depositions, electronic discovery and large scale document review and productions, and preparation of witnesses for testifying in court and at depositions. Mr. Feldman is also well versed in motion practice in both federal and state Courts.
Mr. Feldman is a cum laude graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law and a graduate of Syracuse University.
