Jacob Low is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Selvam LLC. He has experience in dealing with various commercial transactions, including advising sponsors with the structuring and formation of funds, acting for both investors and founders on venture capital fundraising and venture debt financing, as well as private and public mergers and acquisitions. He has also been involved in matters concerning regulatory compliance with privacy and data protection laws and employment laws.
Jacob received his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National University of Singapore in 2020 and is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He is fluent in English and Mandarin and conversant in Vietnamese.
To the extent that the representative matters listed above fall outside the context of “permitted areas of legal practice” within the meaning of Section 36A of the Legal Profession Act (Chap. 161), they have been conducted by the abovenamed lawyer in his/her capacity as an Advocate & Solicitor of Selvam LLC, a Singapore law practice of the Joint Law Venture.
