Jessica Linse is a commercial litigator whose practice focuses on commercial and white-collar disputes. Ms. Linse has represented both companies and individuals across numerous industries, including real estate, cannabis and healthcare in state and federal courts and international arbitral forums. She has coordinated discovery strategy, prepared witnesses, drafted agreements and drafted motions on breach of contract claims, real estate actions, civil conspiracy claims and business litigation claims.
Ms. Linse’s white-collar experience includes qui tam litigation, specialty pharmacy matters and advising fintech companies, financial institutions and other corporate entities during government investigations and inquiries.
Ms. Linse maintains an active cannabis practice, including counseling clients on compliance issues under federal and state law as well as regulatory matters.
Ms. Linse is a 2019 graduate with honors of Emory University School of Law, where she was a member of Emory’s Moot Court team, and a magna cum laude graduate of Drexel University. She is proficient in German.
