Jordan M. Nittinger practices in the area of corporate law with a focus on commercial finance. Ms. Nittinger represents banks and other financial institutions, debt funds, specialty finance funds, and private equity funds, and is routinely involved in transactions involving revolving credit, term loans, capital expenditure and letter of credit facilities. Additionally, Ms. Nittinger has experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities, and general corporate matters. She also has experience in capital markets, with respect to renewable energy financings.
Ms. Nittinger is a 2020 graduate of Emory University School of Law and a summa cum laude graduate of The University of Alabama. During law school, Jordan was an extern at Porsche USA, a competitor on the Moot Court team, and the President of Emory Law Sports and Entertainment Society.
