Kathleen M. Kline litigates a broad range of commercial disputes, including claims against financial institutions, contract and fiduciary duty actions, securities class and derivative actions, and professional liability claims.  Kathleen has defended and advised insurance agents and brokers, medical communications and technology companies, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and company executives. They have litigated several CERCLA matters, and has represented clients in arbitration involving claims of fraud, misrepresentation, and breach of contract, as well as claims under the Clean Water Act and Fair Labor Standards Act. Kathleen also has experience on white collar matters, and has represented clients during internal investigations and advised clients regarding compliance with the False Claims Act and Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act.

Kathleen is a member of the firm’s Cannabis Industry Group, and contributes regularly to the Group’s blog. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Kathleen was an associate at a global law firm and volunteered as Legal Advisor to the Philadelphia Homebrew Club. They are a 2014 graduate of Columbia Law School.
