Kathleen M. Kline litigates a broad range of commercial disputes, including claims against financial institutions, contract and fiduciary duty actions, securities class and derivative actions, and professional liability claims. Kathleen has defended and advised insurance agents and brokers, medical communications and technology companies, entrepreneurs and company executives. Kathleen has litigated several CERCLA matters and has arbitrated claims under the Clean Water Act and Fair Labor Standards Act.
Prior to joining Duane Morris, Kathleen was an associate at a global law firm and volunteered as Legal Advisor to the Philadelphia Homebrew Club. Kathleen is a 2014 graduate of Columbia Law School.
