Kourosh Jahansouz is a litigator who represents employers in all facets of litigation in California and federal courts. He has successfully represented public and private companies in lawsuits involving claims of employment discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, defamation, breach of contract, unfair business practices, trade secrets, and in wage and hour class actions. He also regularly counsels a broad spectrum of clients on terminations, employment discrimination, wage and hour, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, restrictive covenants and employment policies.
Mr. Jahansouz is a 2013 graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he was a senior editor for the Southern California Law Review, and a graduate of the University of Virginia.
