Lauren G. Perry practices in the area of health law and focuses her practice on advising entities on how to navigate the various regulatory schemes. Ms. Perry has experience advising hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers on health law issues involving Medicare reimbursement, ACA, HIPAA, state privacy laws, the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, managed care contracts, licensing, CLIA, administrative proceedings and healthcare transactions.
Ms. Perry is a member of the Cannabis Industry group and advises clients on the risks associated with entering the cannabis market as an ancillary service provider. Ms. Perry also advises clients regarding the FDA’s current stance on CBD in food products.
Ms. Perry is a 2012 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, where she was senior articles editor for the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy, and a graduate of Smith College.
