Meredith Gregston's practice focuses on serving as outside counsel to businesses handling a variety of complex commercial disputes, both in court and arbitration. Her strategic and practical approach coupled with the ability to cost-effectively manage clients' business and legal objectives has led to her to be a part of representing companies across the United States. She regularly handles complex business disputes for companies, including trade secret litigation and healthcare disputes.

Mrs. Gregston also assists companies with employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour issues. Mrs. Gregston represents employers in state and federal courts, as well as proceedings before the Texas Workforce Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs.

In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Mrs. Gregston provides advice and counseling on day-to-day employee-related matters as well as compliance, ranging from pay equity, diversity and inclusion to federal contractor compliance.

Mrs. Gregston’s complex business litigation experience helps companies navigate risk through their disputes and internal initiatives.

Mrs. Gregston is a 2013 graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law and a graduate of the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business.
