Neilay Shah

Neilay B. Shah practices in the area of litigation.

Mr. Shah is a 2021 summa cum laude graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, and a cum laude graduate of Haverford College.

During law school, Mr. Shah briefed and argued an appeal to the Third Circuit from an immigration removal order. Mr. Shah prevailed in his argument and obtained a favorable outcome for his client.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Shah served as judicial law clerk to the Hon. John M. Gallagher of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
