Nicole E. Grigg practices in the area of intellectual property law. Ms. Grigg has experience with patent, trademark, trade dress and copyright infringement matters for clients in technology areas such as HEVC (high efficiency video coding), smart watches, wearable fitness, automotive, mechanical devices, user interfaces, haptics, LEDs, telecommunications and digital advertising.
Ms. Grigg also assists clients in technology-related sourcing and transactional matters, including structuring, negotiating, drafting, implementing and providing legal advice regarding technology licensing, development, consulting and service agreements.
Ms. Grigg is a 2015 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she was assistant editor of the Ecology Law Quarterly, and a magna cum laude graduate of Saint Mary’s College of California.
