Paul M. Brown has more than fifty years of experience in almost all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts. He has tried numerous corporate and commercial lawsuits and arbitrated disputes before the American Arbitration Association, the NASD, the NYSE and under ICC auspices. His experience includes representation of banks, retail stores, trading companies, airlines, broker-dealers, construction companies, hotels, manufacturers, distributors, insurance companies, and foreign companies and individuals. His practice also includes negotiating employment agreements and severance/termination packages for executives and litigating employment disputes.
Mr. Brown is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law. He attended Williams College and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
