Shaina Wolfe is a member of Duane Morris’ Workplace Class Action group. Ms. Wolfe defends businesses in employment law matters ranging from nationwide class and collective action lawsuits to single-plaintiff lawsuits and administrative charges. Ms. Wolfe’s practice extends to federal and state courts throughout the United States, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, and multiple state agencies managing employment, labor, and wage and hour issues. Ms. Wolfe also advises and counsels clients on employment issues, including creating and implementing procedures and policies and conducting investigations into allegations of discrimination or harassment in the workplace.
Prior to joining Duane Morris, Ms. Wolfe was an associate, focused on labor and employment law, for two years at a global law firm. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Wolfe served as judicial law clerk to two sitting federal judges and one state judge. While in law school at DePaul University College of Law, Ms. Wolfe served as the Editor-in-Chief of the DePaul Journal of Sports Law. Ms. Wolfe is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University.
