Ms. Martin has experience with preparing and filing visas, including H-1B, L-1A/B, E-2, J-1, EB1 and EB2/3 filings (PERM labor certification). She counsels corporate clients and foreign nationals on the visa process, employer obligations to foreign national employees and interested government agencies, and compliant PERM recruitment procedures.
