The awards, evaluated by an independent panel of industry experts, involved a rigorous and peer-driven selection process from hundreds of nominations.
Duane Morris was honored in the “Reorganization of the Year” ($50 million to $100 million) category for its work in the restructuring of Presperse Corporation. The firm represented Presperse Corp., a subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation of Americas, in the resolution of its Chapter 11 case less than a year after the company filed for bankruptcy in September 2024. Morris S. Bauer in Northern New Jersey and Drew S. McGehrin in Philadelphia served as counsel to Presperse Corp., collaborating with David M.
