Joshua M. Peck oversees Duane Morris' strategic public relations program, creating and executing initiatives that build awareness of the firm in local, national, and international media. Since joining the firm in 2004, he has worked with the media, in synergy with other marketing and business development efforts, to increase brand recognition and drive business opportunities to Duane Morris. In addition to developing the firm's press and public relations strategy, Mr. Peck serves as the primary contact between the firm and the media. He creates and arranges press interviews, articles, and press tours. He also regularly provides assistance to firm clients with crisis communications matters.

Mr. Peck has more than 35 years of combined public relations, corporate communications, and journalism experience, including press relations with state government and in national politics, and has 23 years of experience with law firms. He joined Duane Morris from the CMO position at Hughes Hubbard & Reed, and previously served as director of media relations at Kirkland & Ellis. He was formerly the head of the public relations staff at Jaffe, the international law firm marketing and PR firm, and was an award-winning journalist at Gannett Newspapers in New York.

Mr. Peck studied journalism, political science, Russian and theater at the University of Michigan. He is founding president of the Law Firm Media Professionals and lectures frequently for the Legal Marketing Association, other industry groups and academic institutions across the United States and in Europe. He was named one of the "50 Game-Changers in PR" by PR News, the nationally circulated trade journal, in 2017. In 2015, he received the Jaffe PR "FOJ Charity Award," which honors one PR practitioner annually.
