Adam D. Brown practices in the area of employment and labor law. Mr. Brown has represented employers in litigation, administrative proceedings and arbitration, including claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and other federal and state employment and labor laws. He also advises local, regional and national entities regarding hiring, wage payment issues, sexual harassment prevention, internal employee complaints and related investigations, disciplinary and termination matters and labor relations. Mr. Brown also advises employers on human resources policies, social media issues, restrictive covenants and theft of trade secrets and other proprietary material, and handles regulatory inquiries and related internal investigations.
Mr. Brown is a 2007 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law and a graduate of Colgate University.
