Adrienne Weld

Adrienne Weld is an experienced corporate attorney practicing in corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. She represents private and public companies in cross-border, buy-side and sell-side transactions across industries including aerospace, defense, technology, education and healthcare. Ms. Weld has led multi-million dollar transactions and managed multi-jurisdictional legal teams. She drafts and negotiates transactional documents from letters of intent through definitive agreements. Ms. Weld also advises clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance issues. She also maintains an active pro bono practice and is passionate to causes related to women’s rights.

As a fluent French and English speaker, Ms. Weld uses her international business background to provide tailored advice and deliver practical solutions to advance a client’s objectives. She is dedicated to providing insightful work in a complex and ever-changing legal market.

Ms. Weld is a 2019 graduate of the American University Washington College of Law, and a 2015 graduate of Elon University and NEOMA Business School.
