Representative Matters

  • Represented Bart Adaptive Sports Center in its merger with Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports. Founded in 2002, Bart Adaptive provides year-round sports opportunities for individuals with disabilities, including skiing, snowboarding, biking, and other summer activities. Vermont Adaptive, established in 1987, is the largest year-round adaptive sports organization in the Eastern U.S. The merger reflects both organizations’ shared mission to promote independence through inclusive access to outdoor recreation.

  • Represented HealthQuest Capital Partners IV LP in connection with its $32 million investment in a Series C preferred stock offering by Diana Health Inc., a healthcare technology company that offers in-person and virtual care for maternity, gynecology, menopause, mental health and wellness. HealthQuest was the lead investor in the Series C round in which Diana Health raised $44.3 million in growth capital.
