With over two decades of experience handling complex environmental issues, Alicyn Craig is a trusted advisor who guides clients through complex environmental legal issues, specializing in environmental due diligence services in support of transactions, site investigations and remediations and regulatory compliance, particularly for high-profile environmental sites.  Alicyn has represented clients ranging from Fortune 10 oil companies to regional suppliers and operators to small businesses, assisting them in navigating the full spectrum of environmental challenges, from contamination issues, cost recovery actions, Superfund sites, large-scale property transfers and redevelopment and agency enforcement actions arising under CERCLA, RCRA, New York’s Navigation Law, New Jersey’s Spill Act and various other federal, state and local environmental laws.

Alicyn has a deep understanding of the risks associated with environmental contamination and the skill to help navigate and develop solutions to best mitigate and insulate clients from those liabilities before an issue arises.  She routinely counsels clients on the environmental aspects of transactions, focusing on identifying liabilities, addressing regulatory requirements, and developing solutions to help clients navigate the complexities of environmental standards to facilitate successful development and liability transfers.
